Once all certificates for this vacancy have been issued and sent to the Hiring Manager, you will need to notify applicants of their status. USA Staffing provides reminders to notify applicants. A banner at the top of the Vacancy Case File page will display along with a task to Notify Applicants of Referral. You can click on the banner or task from the Case File page to be taken to Applicant Overview page to issue applicant notifications.
Note: If your vacancy is a Standing Register or will be open for an extended period of time, you should consider issuing applicant notifications at regular intervals rather than waiting until the process is complete. This will help applicants better understand where they are in the process and reduce the number of applicant inquiries.
